Good food!

I have been a long time customer well over 6 years to the Raleigh location . It’s been a few years since I’ve ordered from the Cary location. I must say I order the same sushi rolls evey time and refuse to get these elsewhere just does not taste the same. After all these years Red bowl has stayed consistent with what they serve . My sushi craving was beyond satisfied today ! Yummmmy

Best tasting Chinese food in Cary. More expensive but worth the price.

I waited 50 minutes for the pick up to be ready after the notified pickup time. I wasn't hungry after that.

I had been ordering takeout due to Covid. The food has progressively gotten worse. So to check what was really up, I had an opportunity to go in for lunch. My General Tso was over breaded and over cooked. I had to get up to get a manager. My waitress was not around. He offered to redo the order. I find the sauce is completely scalded. You can taste the heat scald in the food. Too much breading little bit of chicken. They may be cutting corners to make up for $$ losses. My hot and sour soup was great tasting. But again, two little pieces of meat. I have given them one more chance after losing so much money. I hope other people have a comparison and genuinely look at their value for the money at this establishment. Sorry Red Bowl.! You’ve lost our business.

Red Bowl is an amazing place. The food is delicious and everybody is super nice!! I would live there if I could because that's how good the food is. I go there almost regularly to eat their lo mein dishes, egg rolls, sushi, sesame chicken, and thai iced tea. Going here is the highlight of my week/month (I wish week/day but I unfortunately cannot afford to eat out a lot due to being broke in college). Also, one of the best places I have worked (I am a former employee). Out of everyone who works there, Nurse Jackie is the best. She is the most loyal and dedicated worker and definitely deserves a raise, is nice to costumers, and also knows French (fun fact)! If Kay could come here and tell someone what her AP French exam score was, I would give RedBull a 6/5. Thank you everyone for all that you do!

My favorite Asian food place in Cary! Delicious food every time. Very pleased with the cleanliness and conscientiousness of the staff, especially during Covid. They are open again in the dining room, but have only done take-out still. I love the house-made duck sauce!

I'm assuming this place is good. I don't want to be mean, so 4 stars! I didn't go there though, maybe I ordered from there. But I never went. Maybe read another comment if you really want to know how this place is. I don't know.

I ordered the Singapore mai fun. No flavor, very bland. Maybe they forgot to add any seasoning.

Food was great. A lot of food. Everyone was friendly. Service was very quick. And it’s probably the best that I’ve had since I moved here a few months ago. I will be going back.

I was a little skeptical of the prices but when what they say is true about quality costing a little extra. The flavor was on point. The lo mein cooked perfectly. Good chicken, AMAZING pot stickers, the sushi was pretty simple but was fresh. Cannot wait to do this again next week.

Red Bowl is open for dine in so we took our daughter for lunch after o my having tried take out. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the servers were attentive enough. The lunch special is a steal under $9. We also did buy one get one free sushi rolls and the sunshine roll was unique and fabulous! Highly recommend for quick, cheap Asian and sushi at higher quality than most local places.

I love red bowl! I get takeout from here every week, this is my go to asian restaurant! They just recently reopened for dine in seating so I went to go eat there with my friends tonight, the staff is super friendly and attentive. The royal dish is my favorite entree, but I also get sesame chicken often because I think it's the best sesame chicken around the triangle area. My friends got the BOGO sushi and the bento box, next time I go in I will try the bento box because it has a little bit of everything!

Honestly, I’m disappointed. I expected more for the price I paid. This place is EXPENSIVE for what it is. The food was tasty, but no better than much cheaper Asian cuisine I’ve tried. The sushi roll we got was $20 and it really wasn’t very good. The food wasn’t spicy enough, even the wasabi wasn’t spicy.

We order there befofe but last friday the food was really blend and the quality was really not there. They shoud should call the shrimp spring roll a lettuce sprint roll (1 small shrimp with a large amount of lettuce and not much anything else! Shrimp is not their thing (the bang bang shrimp were not much better) The lo Mein had no taste etc... I remembered that it use to be a good place but something was just not right that night....

I came to this location and got a bento box. I got a sesame chicken, salad, and spicy tuna. The service was quick and the food was very hot but was not impressed with the food. (Maybe I was eating too fast?) the fried rice was good , I wasn’t crazy on the sushi and the chicken was hot and the sauce was good but the chicken itself was not great. I couldn’t finish everything but maybe I just got the wrong thing and will try another dish at another point.

Beware the section that is marked “vegetarian” is not actually vegetarian. After further questions they told us it has chicken broth or seafood in the sauce. They were also not able to make any items vegetarian.

When you use coupons they don't honor it and you have to shell out a lot of money, plus they don't like you if you are not their people. Their food got more Salter which is bad for your health, I will never eat here any more.p S. I am a food critic and so is my husband and we give this joint thumbs down. And in the dinning area near the door a light bulb broke and almost cut my kids on the face and the glass landed on table before falling on floor

Really liked the place! Noodles were good, and the sushi as well... they have 2 for 1 roll specials. CLEAN! and the service was GREAT. Will definitely go back!!

Although the side tables are a little dark at night the food was excellent and the price equally as great.

Crispy spring roll. Friendly server had to help me order vegetarian off the menu because I didn't want the one vegetarian entree. It was tasty, though, so all ended well.

Great ambience, the restaurant was clean and neat. We received quick service and the food was tasty. Not PF Chang- level tasty but certainly several steps above most others in the area that I've experienced. Definitely want to return and try some of the other entrees.

I went there for lunch today, and was served an overcooked, burnt lunch. Unfortunately I did not have time to have that meal replaced. The manager was very condescending about the issue, and actually had me pay for the salad. In all fairness, I did offer to pay for the salad - but it was more of a test to the manager. They have lost far more money than that four plus dollar salad, as I will never return here again, based on the unacceptable attitude of the manager on duty. As a local business owner, with over 50 employees, I know a thing or two about customer service. It was the attitude of this manager that I found so unacceptable, especially when I handled myself with grace.

Just ordered Pad Thai and Sesame Chicken takeout. So good! Will order more limes next time. The sauces weren't the generic ones.
